BKZ Collective ("we", "us") operates internal tools and services for property management and personal use. This policy describes how we handle data in connection with our Google API integrations.
Our application accesses Gmail data (reading, sending, and organizing email) solely for internal business operations including property management communications, guest correspondence, and personal email management. This access is limited to accounts owned and operated by BKZ Collective principals.
Email data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively for:
- Managing property-related communications (guest inquiries, vendor coordination)
- Organizing and responding to personal and business email
- Drafting and sending emails on behalf of account owners
We do not sell, share, or distribute any data accessed through Google APIs to third parties. Email data is processed on local infrastructure and is not transmitted to external services beyond Google's own APIs.
We do not store copies of email content beyond what is necessary for immediate processing. OAuth tokens are stored securely on local infrastructure and can be revoked at any time.
Our use of Google API services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
